Enquiry

The process begins with receiving an enquiry from the customer. Providing detailed product specifications ensures a faster and more accurate quotation. A complete enquiry should include the following:

  • Quantity: Total units required, broken down into specific segments if applicable.
  • Bag dimensions: Width, height, and gusset/sides.
  • Fabric specifications: Material type (natural, dyed with specific color, laminated, un-laminated, starched, or bleached).
  • Handle details: Handle style and dimensions (end-to-end).
  • Accessories: Any additional bag features or specific requirements.
  • Artwork details: Number of print colors, artwork positioning, and design specifics for each side.
  • Shipping terms: Specify terms like FOB, CIF, CNF, or DDU.

Providing this level of detail helps streamline the process and ensures timely responses.

Quotation

Upon receiving a detailed enquiry, we provide a competitive quotation tailored to the customer's needs.

  • Our fast and efficient quoting process ensures minimal delay in communication with the customer.
  • This significantly reduces the time required to finalize the order.
3

Layout proof

A layout proof is a digital blueprint of the product, created post-order confirmation. It includes:

  • Bag dimensions and handle specifications.
  • Artwork size, positioning, and printing color codes.
  • Label or tag details.
  • Other specific design requirements.

The layout proof minimizes initial stage errors, resolves ambiguities, and gives customers confidence in the product design.

4

Sampling

Based on the approved layout proof, a product sample is developed.

  • For dyed bags, a natural sample with a printed swatch of the dye color is provided.
  • Bulk orders: Free printed samples are offered unless the process involves significant development costs (e.g., transfer printing).
  • Small orders: A nominal sample development fee is charged.
5

Photo Proof

Once the sample is ready, a photograph is shared for customer approval. Upon approval, the physical sample is dispatched for final confirmation. Once the sample is received and approved, production begins.

6

Purchase Order & Confirmation

An official purchase order (PO) document is mandatory for banking and regulatory compliance.

Production Process

  • Dyeing: Fabric is dyed to achieve the required color (other than natural) using health-friendly, azo-free dyes.
  • Lamination: Jute, Juco, and canvas fabrics are laminated with PP or LDPE on the inner side for added durability and shape.
  • Starching: For additional firmness, jute fabric can be treated with vegetable starch (less firm than lamination).
  • Cutting: Processed fabric is layered and marked for precise cutting. Cutting machines are used to ensure uniformity.
  • Printing: Silkscreen printing is performed with water-based, azo-free inks. After printing, the fabric is dried and cured.
  • Stitching: Printed fabric and components are stitched together using advanced stitching machines to form the bags.
  • Finishing: Loose threads are trimmed, and bags are shaped and flattened to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Quality check: Each bag undergoes individual inspection. Defective bags are either rejected or altered.
  • Packing: Finished bags are packed in batches and placed into durable corrugated boxes for shipping.
